A "Time" to Be Thankful

Maybe it's been a few months, maybe it's been a few years. Maybe it's all just started, or maybe you've been gone a while, or maybe you've never even though of going away at all. Maybe the week was bad, or maybe the week was good. But all of that is to the side for this one day, or at least it's to the side enough to get you into the room for the day.
There's cooking to do, and more food to eat than any rowdy bunch of children could plow through in one night. It looks like someone got in the decorating mood, and someone else found music, and there's never been a lack of drinks to be found in a pinch around The Waverider. Those might even be poppers someone left on the table. And there might even be the threat of movies while you wait, or later on into the night.
Saddle up, Arrowverse. It's time for a Legends Thanksgiving.
[ This is your free for all space, Legends players. Whatever time frames you want, whatever events, whatever threads, whatever character interactions. Toss your self about. All characters from all times, all versions of all characters, play by however many people want to be here, and any sort of magic or chaos you'd like to drag in. Everything is welcome here. This is my favorite dysfunctional-functional family, and every single one of them is welcome. Anyone and everyone from the show, at any point, anywhere. Threads do not have to match or mingle. It's all whatever will make your heart the happiest on this day. Wave your hands and make it work. If you need/to throw yourself at some planning or want to request certain characters, or plot or whatnot, there's a plurk over here, as well.
Come one, come all, for a Legends Thanksgiving this fall. ]

Not even when the smile is quite, quite real, and she's feeling more relaxed than normal.
"So, tell me--" Is gameful, almost even errantly, mockingly, playful. Maybe she has had a few to get here. To be quite this recklessly brave without a pause before it. To even be just this close. "--do we have a speech to look forward to today all about our feelings and family and yadda, yadda, yadda?"

Leo laughs and flicks some corn at Sara with a soft snort. "I've been told by my husband no one wants a sappy speech this early in the evening. I have to wait until everyone is at least slightly drunk before I'm allowed to remind people we are a family who doesn't actually hate each other." He sips from his own glass again. "So for the moment Captain you are safe from my speech."

"Rude," says Sara who really could deflect it easily, but it never actually hits her either, and she couldn't be tried to look offended. There's something that tucks into the corner of her mouth at the antic, even if there's always something a little sobering in hear that voice call her Captain. In really. Well. Hearing that voice. But she marshalls though, with a prim raise of eyebrows and a shift of her shoulders, like it's a little game, and it's all in the easily brush off offense of food throwing, while she takes a drink of eggnog.
She doesn't know who made it. But it really is fabulous. Spices are not a thing she does. But someone around here does.
"Sooo, then, by that you mean, yes. Just not yet." Her head tips. "You should get Raymond some tissues before that happens."
